In insurance, every conversation is a compliance event
Policyholder protection, servicing limits and grievance routes must hold on every call, in every language. Today large teams do that work.
- 01
Servicing must never turn into selling
A renewal call that drifts into a top-up or a better plan becomes a sales call from a line not licensed to sell.
- 02
The highest-volume calls are the most repetitive
Renewal reminders, claim status and document chasing fill the queue with questions a record could have answered.
- 03
Retention happens in the grace period
A missed premium is the moment a policy lapses, and a reminder in the wrong language is easy to ignore.

Every call scored, in every language.
What the agent handles in insurance
Each workflow is a section of the same Agent Operating Procedure (AOP), with its own tests and audit checks in every language.
Don't read about it. Hear it.
Pick a language and a situation, then talk to Meera, the agent your policyholders would get. All names and policies are fictional.
Rules the AOP encodes for insurers
Every rule becomes a test in every language. Nothing deploys until all pass. Reflect scores live calls too.

Insurance questions
What the agent does, in which languages, what it will never do, and how you prove it afterwards.
No. It is a servicing line. When a policyholder asks for a quote, a top-up or which plan is better, the agent says plainly that it cannot advise and books a callback from a licensed advisor, and the handoff is logged with its reason.
It confirms the policyholder's identity, states the premium, the due date and the grace period from the policy record, and offers a payment link to the registered mobile. It never asks for a card number or OTP, and never offers a discount or an extension.
The status exactly as recorded, the next step and any documents still pending. It never predicts or implies an approval, however the question is put, and offers a callback from your claims team.
A complaint is logged with a reference and passed to your grievance team with the transcript. Whenever a policyholder asks, the agent gives your grievance officer's details and the Insurance Ombudsman route.
English, Hindi and Marathi run in production today, and the demo on this page also speaks Tamil; other Indian languages are added for a workflow on request. On auto the agent opens in English and follows whichever language the policyholder replies in. Every language runs on the same AOP, so the servicing rules, disclosures and audit trail hold the same way.
Your policy administration, claims and payment systems through their APIs, and your CRM. Outcomes, payment links, transcripts and checkpoint results are written back at the end of every call.
Performs. Complies. Proves.
