The problem

In healthcare, every conversation is a compliance event

Privacy, consent and the line between booking and medical advice must hold on every call, in every language. Today large teams do that work.

  1. 01

    Every call touches patient data

Names, reports and appointments are personal data once spoken. A wrong answer to the wrong person, even a relative, is a breach.

  2. 02

    Front desks are the bottleneck

OPD queues, missed calls and no-shows cost access to care, and the same question gets a different answer depending on who picks up.

  3. 03

Nobody can prove what was said

Without transcripts and checkpoint results you cannot show what the line told a patient, in which language, or to whom.

FAQ

Healthcare questions

What the agent does, in which languages, what it will never do, and how you prove it afterwards.

The patient's name and date of birth are confirmed, in whichever language they speak, before any appointment or billing detail is read out. Report status needs a one-time code sent to the registered mobile, and relatives hear nothing unless recorded as the patient's authorised attendant.

No. It is never a doctor: symptom, medicine and report questions go to your clinical staff, and it never reads out a result or says whether one is normal. A medical emergency stops everything at once: the agent gives 112 or 108 and hands the call off, with a reason code in Reflect.

Before taking details, the agent says what they are for and logs the patient's consent, and it asks separately before sending SMS reminders. Consent, the transcript and the reason for any transfer are written to the record and to Reflect.

Yes. The agent reads open OPD slots from your hospital or practice management system through its API, offers at most two at a time with the consultation fee, and writes the booking, the SMS consent and the call summary back to the record.

English, Hindi and Marathi run in production today, and the demo on this page also speaks Tamil; other Indian languages are added for a workflow on request. On auto the agent opens in English and follows whichever language the patient replies in. Every language runs on the same AOP, so verification, notices and the audit trail hold the same way.

Open the call in Reflect: the recording, the transcript in the language it was spoken, checkpoint results and the reason for any transfer, searchable by patient, agent or campaign. Every call is scored, not a sample.

Performs. Complies. Proves.
